Refund policy

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. That right ends once you agree to immediate access and begin using the product, which you confirm at checkout.

If you have not started working through the phases and you ask within 14 days, you get a full refund, no argument.

If something is genuinely broken and I cannot fix it, you get a refund whatever stage you are at.

Completed use of the workspace: if you have worked through the phases, generated your assets and downloaded your Launch Pack, the product has been delivered.

Get in touch from the email address you used at checkout and say what happened. Refunds are issued through the same checkout provider you paid with, usually within five working days.

Access is switched off, but your saved work stays in your account so nothing you wrote is lost.
